Section 01

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the n888 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support features made available at n888 ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by n888 and is intended solely for adult users aged 21 years and above who are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform. n888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Registration on the n888 Platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. n888 reserves the right to verify compliance with these criteria at any time and to suspend or close any Account found to be in breach.

• a.You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. n888 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process.
• b.You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• c.Each individual may hold only one Account. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.
• d.You must register using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This number will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication (where enabled), and support communications.
• e.You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

n888 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where n888 has reason to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria above or where continued operation of an Account presents a risk management concern. In cases where an Account is closed due to ineligibility, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Section 05

Account Management and Security

Once registered, each player is solely responsible for the management, security, and use of their Account. n888 will treat all activity conducted through a player's Account as being authorised by the Account holder, unless n888 is notified otherwise in writing via the support channel.

Password and Credential Security

You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your Account password at all times. The following obligations apply to your login credentials:

• a.Do not share your password with any third party, including family members, friends, or any person purporting to be an n888 representative. Legitimate n888 staff will never ask for your full password.
• b.Choose a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services. n888 recommends using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• c.If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify n888 support immediately. n888 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending the outcome of that investigation.
• d.n888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised bets placed using your Account before you notified n888 of the compromise.

KYC Verification

n888 conducts KYC verification to confirm the identity and age of players and to verify ownership of the payment methods used on their Account. KYC may be initiated at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, or at any point where n888 requires additional confirmation. Players who do not complete KYC within a reasonable period may find their Account temporarily restricted until the process is completed. n888 may request any of the following documents: national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address.

Deposits and Withdrawals

n888 processes all financial transactions through secure payment channels. The Platform currently supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as primary payment methods for Bangladesh players, alongside Visa and Mastercard where applicable. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made on the n888 Platform:

• a.The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by n888, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• b.Deposits are credited to your n888 Balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 10 minutes of the transaction, you should contact n888 support with the transaction reference.
• c.n888 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts will be returned and the Account may be subject to review.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules govern all withdrawal requests submitted through the n888 Platform:

• a.The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• b.Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account. n888 does not process withdrawals to a different payment account than the one used for deposits, for fraud prevention purposes.
• c.Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification before processing. Where KYC has not been completed, n888 will place the withdrawal request on hold and notify the player of the documents required to proceed.
• d.Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money winnings generated from bonus wagers become withdrawable once the rollover condition is satisfied, subject to any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the individual promotion terms.

Section 07

Bonuses and Promotions

n888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms will prevail.

• a.Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus by registering additional Accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of all associated Accounts.
• b.All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover condition) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• c.Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's Account automatically.
• d.n888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to use it, n888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the player's registered contact details.
• e.Free spins bonuses are credited to specific slot titles only, as stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Section 08

Responsible Gaming

n888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. n888 provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• a.Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• b.Self-exclusion — players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may apply for self-exclusion, which temporarily or permanently restricts access to their Account. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to n888 support.
• c.Time-out — players may request a temporary break from the Platform (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing their Account. During a time-out period, all login access and marketing communications are suspended.

Section 09

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n888 Platform. n888 reserves the right to take immediate action — up to and including permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances — where any of the following is detected:

• a.Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism designed to generate outcomes or place wagers without genuine human interaction.
• b.Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports event results, or the operation of any feature on the Platform.
• c.Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• d.Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds through the Platform with no genuine intention to wager and then withdrawing those funds.
• e.Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at n888 staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

Where n888 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, any winnings generated through or during that conduct will be voided. Real-money balances that pre-date the prohibited conduct and were deposited in good faith will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; n888 will endeavour to return legitimate pre-existing balances where it is satisfied that the relevant funds were deposited without intent to engage in prohibited conduct.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content available on the n888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, user interface design, text, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual materials — is the property of n888 or its licensed content providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and NetEnt. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of n888.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n888 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if n888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. n888's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

n888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. n888 will not be liable for any loss of wagering opportunities or winnings arising from Platform downtime, provided that n888 uses reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

n888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect the fundamental rights or obligations of players — n888 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, either by posting a notice on the Platform or by communicating directly to registered players via their contact details on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account, at which point any real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where a player has a complaint or dispute with n888, they are encouraged to first contact n888 customer support at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. n888 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Players who remain dissatisfied after the internal complaints process has been exhausted may seek independent resolution through appropriate channels available in their jurisdiction.
